Our goal is to provide flexible technology solutions and the best customer success to enable eCommerce brands to create personalized customer interactions and boost their revenue. We are looking for a Referral Program Optimization Lead to take charge of executing and enhancing our referral marketing initiatives. Role Overview:
As the Referral Program Optimization Lead at Talkable, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our clients’ referral marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with their business objectives and drive meaningful results. In this role, you will take ownership of the execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of referral campaigns, utilizing data analysis and client feedback to maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of executing, optimizing, and continuously improving referral marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with client objectives.
Leverage data analysis and client feedback to configure, operate, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop and execute strategic referral marketing campaigns tailored for clients.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients regarding campaign performance and identify areas for enhancement.
Utilize the Talkable admin panel to create and manage campaigns, applying your HTML/CSS knowledge gained through internal training.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a client success or similar role within Customer Success or the Marketing department.
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Strong client-focused mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional multitasking abilities, able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
Willingness to work late hours (Kyiv time) from 1 pm to 10 pm, Monday to Friday.
