We are now seeking a Growth Product Manager to lead product strategies that drive client success and optimize our referral marketing campaigns. If you’re passionate about product management, data-driven strategies, and enhancing user experiences, we encourage you to apply!
Role Overview:
As the Growth Product Manager at Talkable, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our referral marketing solutions for top e-commerce brands. You will collaborate closely with the US Customer Success Team to design and implement product strategies that align with client needs and market demands. Your focus will be on executing, monitoring, and optimizing referral marketing campaigns to ensure they meet both product and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the US Customer Success Team to design and implement product strategies that align with client needs and market demands.
Lead the execution, monitoring, and optimization of referral marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with product and client objectives.
Utilize data analysis and client feedback to refine and enhance product features, driving campaign performance and customer satisfaction.
Provide strategic feedback and insights to clients on campaign performance, recommending areas for optimization.
Partner with internal teams to define, prioritize, and develop new features that enhance the Talkable platform and elevate the user experience.
Leverage the Talkable admin panel to set up and manage campaigns, applying your HTML/CSS skills gained through internal training.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Account Management, or roles within Customer Success or Marketing departments.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken (Upper-Intermediate level).
Exceptional client management skills with a strong analytical mindset.
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work late hours (Kyiv time) from 1 pm to 10 pm, Monday to Friday.
