Creative Lead at Fedoriv Agency

We’re looking for a Creative Lead to develop impactful campaigns, oversee their execution, and drive results for top brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts that align with client goals and brand strategy.
• Collaboration with a creative pair of a copywriter and art director, supervising their work, and participating in the development, conceptualization, and implementation of ideas.
• Oversee cross-platform campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand identity and tone of voice across various brand touchpoints.
• Analyze project performance and refine creative approaches as needed.
• Present concepts and advocate for creative decisions during client pitches.

Hard Skills:

• 3+ years in a creative leadership role with a portfolio of diverse projects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-impact campaigns.
• Experience in creative copywriting, working on advertising campaigns, naming, slogans etc.
• Expertise in campaign development and execution across platforms.
• A broad understanding of the production process for commercial videos.
• The ability to distinguish between high-quality and poor-quality advertising and explain the reasoning behind it.

Soft Skills:

• Extensive exposure to and understanding of the advertising market.
• Strong presentation skills and client-facing experience.
• Stress resistance, readiness to work quickly and efficiently, and strong time management skills.
• Critical thinking. Data-driven and detail-oriented approach to creative decision-making.
• Collaboration. Skilled at working with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability. Comfortable navigating dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Communication. Clear and persuasive in team interactions and client presentations.
