Project Manager at LABA

We strongly believe in EdTech and every single day develop e-learning both in Ukraine and other countries. There are students of our courses on Cyprus and in Singapore, and the number of customers go es up to thousands. We create educational products in various directions – HR, management, marketing. The number of our educational products is steadily growing, so we need an education project manager (a.k.a. producer).

Job Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

• search for interesting and competent lecturers for new projects
• improve the content of courses with speakers and instructional designers 
• develop course materials (landings, ads along with our creative team)
• analyze course metrics and feedback from students along with marketers, sales-managers and customer-service and implement according improvements

You are the right candidate if:

• you know how to manage projects or you REALLY want to learn how to do it
• you have leadership skills

• you can clearly explain tasks to other people and monitor their execution

What do we offer?

• Salary consists of the rate of 8000-15000 UAH + % per each course (on average15000 – 25000 UAH.)
• Flexible schedule from 10am to 6 pm, but few days a month you can work remotely
