International Operations Specialist at Allegro

What will your main responsibilities include?

• Supporting new business opportunities in Allegro One international operations
• Overseeing proper execution of transport, warehouse and delivery processes in the network
• Building, maintaining, developing effective relationships with the transportation and operational partners in Poland and beyond
• Working closely with our customs agents and partners to ensure smooth delivery of goods in EU and beyond
• Addressing the complexities related to the international movement of goods
• Actively participating in coordination and oversight of operations of return parcel flows from EU and non-EU countries to Poland
• Reporting performance of current operational flows
• Cooperation with the Customs, Operations, Technology and Customer Experience teams to ensure that operational flow underpins the core delivery promises to the end customers

We are looking for people who:

• Have experience (at least 2 years) in transport or courier operations
• Are familiar with e-commerce newest trends
• Have experience in working with international partners
• Represent strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Have a very good understanding of transport and operations analytics and measurement
• Analytical skills will be an advantage
• Have an ability to work interdependently with other businesses and constructively build consensus
• Are good planners and poses very strong execution skills
• Have a hands-on approach with high level of energy
• Have a sense of responsibility and ownership
• Are results-oriented and self-motivated
• Are experienced with Excel and TMS systems
• Are fluent English in written and spoken form
