Business L&D Partner, Poland at TikTok

Responsibilities

As an L&D partner you will be responsible for rolling our programs across EUI and be the L&D partner to the country business lead. You will also animate and lead the coaching community in your local country conducting sales coaching sessions and delivering content associated with our different programs.

In addition you will be asked to create new and exciting programs to help sales team upskill and be more efficient

Responsibilities:

• Conduct skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement
• Design training curricula within time and budget constraints
• Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
• Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
• Monitor sales objectives and results
• Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
• Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
• Coach on Sales opportunities 
• Animate the community of coaches
• Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
• Experience in a sales position is necessary.
• Experience in sales coaching and exposure to coaching frameworks
• Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
• Ability to manage projects from beginning to end
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
• Excellent organizational skills
• Solid communication and presentation abilities
• Additional certification in training is a plus
• Fluent in Polish- required
