About the position:

We have an ambitious vision and great traction with fast-growing orders and an expanding portfolio of products and clients. To achieve our exciting goals, we are looking for a hands-on, dynamic and self-driven Project & Customer Success Manager to enable the best customer experience for our clients from order confirmation, to delivery & assembly and after-sales support. Your mission is to ensure our clients are impressed not only by our products, but also an impeccable customer journey.

Your role is at the heart of the business, working hand in hand with the founder, being in direct contact with Clients and Suppliers to grow successful and long-term partnerships, and supporting Product Development and Production by creating valuable product feedback loops.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Seamless order management ensuring delivery lead times are met through order planning and tracking, delivery planning with suppliers and communicating between suppliers and clients
  • Assembly planning with service partners and on-site supervision of the assembly process
  • Quality control of products at delivery, and creating product feedback loops for Production (QA) and Product (development)
  • Client success and after-sales service (e.g. troubleshooting)
  • Evaluating, onboarding and managing assembly and delivery partners
  • Building a robust order management and tracking process & tool stack for efficiency and scalability as orders and complexity grows
  • Setting and monitoring operations KPIs

What you bring to the table:

  • Excellent planning and project management skills
  • Impeccable communication skills in B2B context, customer centricity
  • Ideally Berlin-based, you have a willingness to travel to clients for deliveries & assemblies (mainly DACH region)
  • Excited about challenges with strong ability to stay calm in stressful situations and develop creative solutions in real-time
  • Can-do attitude and capable of multitasking with growing orders and complexity
  • Entrepreneurial attitude – you like to work independently and assume a lot of responsibility
  • Self-driven and curious to use technology and automation to build an operations setup for efficiency and scalability
  • We mainly work in English, German is a great plus Client-side, Lithuanian (!) is a bonus Production side
