Our Trust & Safety team’s commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
Our Search Operations team supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children. The team plays a vital role in analyzing user searches and search strategy optimization to ensure a positive and safe user experience for our community.
– Responsible for the double review of EC content through moderation and operation strategy.
– Find potential risks through daily work and put forward suggestions for improvement;
– Focusing on the quality and safety of the EC content, deeply understand and follow up business progress, and help product function optimization iterations.
– Working closely with the supervising departments to optimize relevant working standards of our projects
– Has a brilliant judgement when encountered unsure cases of situation and feedback timely
– Additional compatible and related responsibilities which are not necessarily listed above
– Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content
– Bachelor’s degree or above
– Excellent language skills (Polish and English)
– Knowledge about search engines, best to be addicted to TikTok, and familiar with shopping app like Lazada or other local apps.
– An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users
– Strong ability to learn and understand
– Familiar with common office software, labelling experience is preferred
