Manage Processes related to the role of Logistics

Main Responsibilities
Manage Company Assets – Procurement and Asset Protection

The Procurement and Protection of all Assets and Consumables using Company Processes to include:

• Project Equipment Management
• Purchase Order Related Documentation
• All Fixed Asset Request Documentation
• PO Register (with the finance Manager)
• Issue and Receipt of all equipment
• The Preferred Suppliers Lists
• Manage the Rest Houses house Facilities Maintenance
• Contract Documentation for Real estate and Rental Vehicles
• Manage all Fixed Assets and safe storage of all items including the security, maintenance, disposal and replacement of office and Rest House equipment.

Support the in-Country Management Team as and when required to include:

• Source equipment and manage through life of type all equipment belonging to the project as required
• Provide backup Logistic services to the training facility where required
  Other Tasks

Any other tasks and may be required from time to time as requested from the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

Essential

• Evidence of High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Supply Chain Management with established references

Desirable

• Diploma or degree In Supply Chain Management

• Must be highly Proficient in the full Microsoft suite to include MS Word and Excel

Reporting
