Event Coordinator Manager at Freedom Business Summit

We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator Manager person to join our team at Freedom Business Summit.

You will be responsible for organizing and developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, and communicate with vendors.

We are expecting you to be very well-organized and competent in stakeholders management. Communication skills, good time management and attention to detail are a must. Business Development project manager who understands marketing, sales and promotion techniques.

Freedom Business Summit is a global summit that brings together international lifestyle entrepreneurs, world travelers, and global investors to share knowledge about global citizenship, freedom, business, lifestyle and investments.

Main responsibilities:

• Generating leads and targeting high potential companies to become event sponsor/partners
• Developing new business opportunities by email and social media outreach
• Organize calls and deliver event presentation
• Keep accurate and detailed records of meetings made and results achieved
• Scheduling appointments and to get maximum meetings done with potential sponsors
• Communication with vendors and manage event flow

Requirements:

• Proven experience in event management
• Skilled in preparing presentations and agreements
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques for event promotion
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
• Understanding of managing CRM
• Fluent English: speaking and writing

It is a remote position. Average workload is about 4-5 hours per day and up to 100 hours per month.
