Senior expert on export market access
The EU-funded Project “EU4Business: SME Policies and Institutions Support in Ukraine” (SMEPIS)” is aimed at ensuring sustainable and equitable wartime/post-war economic recovery of Ukraine through streamlined SME-friendly policy and regulatory frameworks and more resilient business support ecosystems.
The SMEPIS Project is looking for a qualified Senior expert on export market access, who is expected to be intensively engaged (full-time) with the State Institution “Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office” until mid-July 2025.
The expert is required to carry out the following activities:
| – Elaboration of guide on Participation in the U.S.public tenders for Ukrainian SMEs in order to provide a complete understanding on the procurement process from the search for a suitable tender announcement to the submission of a prepared tender offer;
– Elaboration of guide on Participation in the United Nations tenders for Ukrainian SMEs in order to provide a complete understanding on the procurement process from the search for a suitable tender announcement to the submission of a prepared tender offer; – Participating as a speaker in educational events on participation in the U.S. and UN tenders; – Public presentation of developed Guides; – Providing consultations on participation in USA and United Nations tenders (search for a relevant tender announcement, registration on tender portals, receipt of tender documents, questions of the tender procedure, tender submitting procedure, etc.) to EEPO’s beneficiaries; – Participating in EEPOs team meetings and training as needed. |
