Junior Operations Coordinator at Talkable

We’re looking for a Junior Operations Coordinator to join our team in Kiev on a part-time basis.   

Responsibilities:

• Taking care of the office (maintaining proper stock levels, organizing office essentials, checking cleanliness and managing the cleaning staff)
• Managing the process of procurement and delivery of goods and services (ordering snacks, lunches, office supplies etc.
• Co-assisting in planning events, team buildings
• Assisting during the company events
• Participating in onboarding process of newcomers
