Building and developing long lasting relationships with our restaurant partners by identifying their needs and implementing new initiatives that increase the impact of Uber Eats app on their business
Increasing restaurant sales by optimizing processes in restaurants and developing existing partnership sales network
Maintaining partnerships through the highest level of customer service
Creating educational and marketing campaigns
Collaborate with our internal marketing team to create promotions and engage partner restaurants to take part in them
Collaborate with our support team to keep our partners satisfied
Help in identifying and creating best practices for restaurant partners
Your main task will be to work with restaurant partners to develop their sales at Uber Eats. In addition, you will have the opportunity to test your data analysis skills and look for scalable solutions, both marketing and operational.
Requirements:
This role requires a unique combination of sales, marketing and operational skills, ease in establishing interpersonal contacts and relationship management skills.

General knowledge of the HoReCa/food delivery/Gastronomic market
The ease of establishing contacts
Multitasking and independence
Practical knowledge of office (with an emphasis on Excel)
Earlier experience in sales or customer management is welcome
Developed listening and communication skills
The desire to constantly develop and improve your own skills
Infectiously positive attitude, commitment and determination
Knowledge of English, enabling you to work in an international environment
