Responsibilities
TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. We are seeking a LIVE Content Strategist to join the Central and Eastern Europe Content Team and develop the CEE region LIVE content ecosystem.
The potential candidate will be responsible for building and executing successful LIVE strategy for Poland, Czech, Hungary, and Romania.
Job Description:
– Build up and maintain LIVE programming for the CEE region including creative effects and campaigns
– Proactively work with a range of cross-functional teams to advance the LIVE content ecosystem and its programming
– Monitor the quality of daily content and capture up-to-date trends to (further) develop LIVE content strategy
– Report performance metrics and analyze weak points and strengths in TikTok CEE’s LIVE ecosystem
– Brainstorm, own, and implement projects to enhance LIVE quality and LIVE diversity in the CEE region
Qualifications
– Native-level Polish speaker with knowledge of Central and Eastern European societal and cultural topics
– Fluency in English required, Romanian or Czech language skills are a plus
– Deep understanding of LIVE content, first experience with designing content strategy
– 3+ years experience in a related industry or environment
– Desire to use their analytical skills and the ability to produce reportings
– A (com)passion for our community, and a curiosity to learn
– Self-motivated idealist with project management experience
