We are looking for a Chinese speaker with good written and spoken English who will translate our promo materials, articles, tutorials, product documentation, and specifications into Chinese, and publish the promo materials on the popular Chinese resources for Java/.NET software engineers and process their feedback.
The ability to work at GMT+3 (± 2 hours) is required.
Translate our promo materials from English into Chinese.
Publish the promo materials on the popular Chinese resources and process the reader’s feedback.
Translate our documentation, guides, tutorials, and specifications from English into Chinese.
Help our technical support agents process support requests from Chinese clients who don’t know English.
At least Upper-Intermediate level of Chinese.
Knowledge of the cultural differences between China and Europe/USA.
Excellent communication skills and good Written and Spoken English.
High level of attention to detail, critical-thinking and problem-solving.
Good copywriting skills.
Be a native Chinese speaker.
Experience in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service.
Working experience in the Chinese IT market.
Technical education.
Experience with creating good technical documentation.
Knowledge of how to use Slack and GitHub.
Experience writing text using Markdown and HTML.
Full-time or part-time employment, with a flexible schedule.
