What project we have for you
Our R&D team is looking for your expertise to scale our research capabilities.
Be a part of something bigger than a single project in the professional community.
What you will do
- Verify research, implement it, and make feasibility studies and proof of concepts on proposed technological advances in the research area.
- Proactively propose and implement new technologies and trends studying and adapting based on marketing needs and the latest technology trends.
- Be able to propose and implement the technological vision in new areas of research by prototyping and creating deep technological demos.
- Know how to handle the full spectrum of the research process: from hypothesis and academic presentation to architecture and development of technology-based product.
- Proactively propose external and internal research events (conferences, etc.) for a work presentation.
- Consult external and internal clients on technologies, solutions, and trends.
- Align research field to business area domain demands.
- Use proven Innovation Consulting methodologies to propose cutting-edge technological solutions to solve customer’s problems.
- Support business development efforts: marketing, presentations, presales, etc.
What you need for this
- Hands-on experience with implementation of the POC, prototypes for the validation of the technical design decisions;
- Familiarity with research processes, methodologies, and instruments;
- Fluent in at least in 3 programming languages (C#, Python , Java, Scala, Go, JavaScript etc.);
- Demonstrating a proven Research track through Research papers, case studies, Open Source contributions, or Research Internships
- Practical experience on technical design preparation and presenting;
- Experience in Cloud technologies and distributed architectures;
- Understanding statistics, algorithms, and data structures;
- Holding a deep understanding of SDLC and programming best practices;
- Experience with industry-leading RDBMS and NoSQL engines;
- Possessing critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in an easily digestible manner;
- Having an upper-intermediate proficiency in English;
- Deep analytical skills.
