We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with an Intermediate level of German language to join our global team of 6,000 professionals in more than 60 offices worldwide.

The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design: creating visual design assets for banners, landing pages, promotions, and campaigns
- Intermediate or higher level of German language
- Experienced in the latest tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Jira, and Miro
- Able to concentrate on complete tasks/tickets in full – maintain an overview
- Work in a solution-oriented manner
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Accountability, strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Strong desire to learn more about business every day
The Role
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll be expected to:
- Support for the management of the L’Oréal brand websites
- Support for the management of the L’Oréal individual brands at eRetailer
- Designing visual worlds for the online stores according to strict specifications and using own creative suggestions, taking into account the eRetailer’s guidelines
- Designing banners, teasers and layers for promotions (campaigns) and product launches
- Design landing pages for seasonal campaigns
- Work on the onboarding of new brand stores and the development of new brand stores
- Quality assurance of the entire brand presence
- Collaboration with the content team and front-end developers
- Communicates with the customer.
