Додати вподобанняThe client is a Los Angeles-based telecom company that provides Internet services. Powerful cloud services for advanced faxing are among their key business areas.
Our specialists will help the client to develop cross-platform app, the platform which supports it, and an e-commerce product. An engineer will be working closely with client’s engineering team, product owners and analysts to develop new features, support and maintain existing functionality, perform some DevOps and infrastructure activities.
We are looking for a self-motivated and highly-skilled Python Developer with Google Cloud Platform and Google App Engine skills.
The project team consists of the Product Owner, analysts, and engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Implementation of new features
- Support and maintenance activities
- Provide estimates for planned tasks
- Working in small teams as well as solo to complete assigned workload
- Perform code reviews
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of programming experience with Python
- Knowledge and a solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform, especially AppEngine
- Practical experience with SQL and any DB engines
- Skills in building RESTful APIs in Python
- Experience writing well thought out, testable, and efficient code that adheres to solid coding standards
- Spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience with DevOps activities and infrastructure maintenance
