Response specialist at Nova Ukraine

We are looking for a responsive and responsible person to join our team as a Response Specialist who will work with email and social media of our charity. This is an important role in our organization, managing incoming emails and social media messages and comments from donors, supporters and individuals seeking assistance or information.  The candidate must have excellent communication skills, be attentive to detail, and have a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming emails, messages and comments on social media from various stakeholders, including donors, supporters and individuals seeking assistance or information.
• Respond to all incoming emails, messages and comments in a prompt and professional manner, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
• Work closely with the organization’s teams to ensure that all requests are responded to in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all email communications that reflects the organization’s values and mission.
• Maintain a library of frequently asked questions/answers in Confluence to minimize team involvement and increase the quality/speed of responses to inquiries.
• Set up the process of automating responses (working with automated responses, chatbot).

Qualifications:

• English language proficiency at least B2+.
• University degree in Marketing and Communications.
• Experience in customer service, marketing and communications.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Empathy and compassion for others, a sincere desire to help those in need.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in communication.

Working conditions:
