AI HOUSE is the largest and the most powerful AI community in Ukraine. Our mission is to foster collaboration and innovation within the AI space through engaging events, meetups, and hackathons.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Event & Community Manager to plan and execute various events, including meetups, hackathons, and workshops.

This role will involve collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and sponsors to create successful and engaging events for the AI community in Ukraine. The ideal candidate has experience in event planning, a passion for AI and technology, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Execution:

  • plan, coordinate, and execute meetups, hackathons, workshops, and other community-building events,
  • reach out to experts and brainstorm topics and formats for events,
  • manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, attendee registration, and day-of-event operations,
  • develop event timelines, budgets, and ensure all events are executed within scope and on time,
  • brainstorm and produce merch for the community.

Partnership & Sponsorship Coordination:

  • work with the Partnerships Manager and sponsors to ensure they are properly integrated into events and receive value from their participation,
  • collaborate with tech companies, universities, and other stakeholders to secure venues and resources for events.

Community Engagement:

  • work closely with the community team to understand the needs of the AI community and design events that align with their interests and needs,
  • ensure that each event provides networking, learning, and growth opportunities for the AI community.

Marketing & Promotion:

  • collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and partnerships,
  • ensure that each event is well-publicized and attended, driving community engagement and brand awareness.

Post-Event Analysis:

  • gather feedback from event attendees and stakeholders to assess the success of each event,
  • provide post-event reports and recommendations for improving future events.

About you:

  • proven experience in event management, ideally within the tech or startup ecosystem,
  • strong organizational and project management skills,
  • ability to multitask and manage several events simultaneously,
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • experience working with vendors, sponsors, and partners,
  • ability to handle event logistics, budgeting, and on-the-ground problem solving,
  • a passion for content creation, including video shooting and reels, is a plus,
  • enthusiasm for AI and technology is a plus,
  • fluency in Ukrainian and English.
