Business Development Manager at Carbominer

Carbominer is a Ukrainian startup that develops new technology for capturing carbon dioxide directly from the open air. Our first target customers are greenhouse operators who use CO2 injection to boost the growth of their crops.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze potential markets and competitors to develop business development strategies.
• Execute strategies for acquiring new pilot clients and fostering partnerships.
• Establish and manage partnerships, and negotiate with clients and partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
• Identify new opportunities and risks through market and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

• Experience in business development, sales, or related fields (3+ years) Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with a desire to join our mission.
