Due to the team extension and product growth, we are looking for a Risk Manager to drive the successful development and delivery of product that align with the organization’s strategic goals and meet the needs of customers.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Analytical Skills: Ability to quickly analyze large volumes of data and make decision
• English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level
• Stress Resistance: Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with significant responsibilities

Nice to have:

• Work Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in a similar role within the finance, forex, or CFD industries
• Software Skills: Experience with trading platforms (MetaTrader, cTrader, or similar)
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, currency pairs, CFDs, and leverage

Responsibilities:

• Market Activity Monitoring: Tracking market conditions in real-time to ensure the seamless operation of trading platforms
• Client Transaction Processing: Executing and confirming trades in compliance with company policies
• Margin Calculations: Managing leverage and risks associated with clients’ trading operations
• Pricing Calculations: Updating prices and liquidity to maintain competitive trading conditions
• Risk Management: Identifying and analyzing potential risks on client trading accounts
• Team Collaboration: Cooperating with other departments (risk management, customer support, IT) to ensure the efficient operation of trading platforms
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to regulatory standards and internal policies
