Administrative Operations Assistant at The Kyiv School of Economics

Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) is accepting applications for Administrative Operations Assistant.

You will deal with:

· Organization of trips, events (book flights, train tickets, hotels)
· Work with catering companies for events organized by KSE
· Work with water suppliers and ordering of water, cookies, fruits, sandwiches, keys and passes for KSE needs
· Ordering of brand materials
· Market research (monitoring of prices and new potential vendors)
· Support of inner events (flowers, food and etc.)
· Monitoring and providing sufficient supply of households for KSE needs
· Giving tablecloth and office furniture for dry cleaning
· Supervision over a work of cleaners and ensure pest control
· Maintenance of KSE cafeterias in proper conditions, including dishwashers, refrigerators and microwave ovens
· Document workflow
· Work with 1C
· Additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor

It’s perfect if:

· Your English – upper-intermediate
· You have a high level of ownership of MS office packages and Google apps for work
· You are a fast learner and striving for self-development
