What you will do:

• team management;
• control over projects KPIs;
• building processes within the team, quality control of the content;
• Content and promotion strategy development
• Analytics, research, scaling.

Requirements:

• Advanced English;
• held managerial positions before;
• worked with video content, it’s distribution and promotion on YouTube or Facebook;
• have understanding of the principles of interaction with the audience from a content specialist’s point of view (copywriter, screenwriter, producer);
