ELVTR is a leading online education company that offers live online courses taught by top executives from world-renowned companies. We provide elite-level education to our students, positioning our brand as a premium provider in the market. ELVTR is part of the Laba Group, a global online education company founded in Ukraine 8 years ago.
This is a full-time remote position for candidates located anywhere in Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Visual Guidelines: Ensure all visual materials align with our brand’s identity and quality standards.
- Lead the Creative Team: Provide direction and support to our in-house designers, fostering creativity and consistency.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Production: Work closely with other departments to create compelling advertising and educational content.
- Supervise Quality: Closely oversee and ensure the quality of all visual materials.
- Strategize and Innovate: Continuously innovate and strategize to keep our visuals fresh, engaging, and aligned with our brand’s mission.
Requirements
- Significant Experience: 5+ years of experience in advertising and digital content creation, including at least 2 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Understanding of Commercial Content: Experience in creating visuals that not only look good but generate clicks and drive conversions
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), capable of comprehending subtle nuances in marketing copy, taglines, and advertising in the US and UK markets.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and coaching a team of designers, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Commitment to Excellence: A passion for quality, consistency, and a strong alignment with our values.
- Expert in Figma: Proficiency in Figma is a must, as it’s our primary design software.
- Work Ethic: A self-starter with a positive attitude, ready to take on challenges.
- Working Hours Flexibility: Ability to work with teams across different time zones if needed
- Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders from other departments and articulate ideas clearly.
