What will you do?
Helping with travel arrangements:
Hotels & Airbnbs – looking for hotels/apartments according to the specified parameters;
Flights – looking for appropriate flights, airports, tickets, help rescheduling flights if needed.
Managing Ben’s schedule:
Helping him with a personal schedule – organize calls, meetings, etc.
Managing Ben’s calendar and reminding him about important upcoming events or important emails.
Other possible tasks:
Conducting research on topics provided by Ben (personal & business research).
Administrative tasks, such as taking notes on Ben’s business calls.
Being engaged in his startup projects.
Requirements:
Fluent English – both verbal and written. Communication with Ben will be held in English, and you will also need to coordinate or organize certain things in the United States (for example, find a moving company).
Ability to ask appropriate questions in order to save your own & Ben’s time.
Great communication skills – you are a very clear communicator.
You are an absolute champion of organizing & planning – you know how to plan all tasks and are able to remind Ben himself of priority tasks.
Super attentive to details – you don’t miss a single comma in your documents or any detail regarding Ben’s preferences when choosing the hotel.
Ability to structure information and take the main idea out of a large amount of data in order to present the most important findings to Ben.
Ability & desire to learn – you can master your skills and obtain new ones that you don’t have yet.
Creativity – you’re not afraid of unusual tasks and able to find the most creative solutions.
Proactivity – you do not sit idle, but ask to add more tasks to your schedule.
Independence and ability to make your own decisions without being constantly supervised.
Ability to adjust to PDT time zone – that means that your working hours will be between 6 PM and 1 AM (Moscow time). They can be flexible.
What we offer:
Part-time employment (4 working hours per day, 5/2) with a possibility of soon switching to full-time. Please note that we support your desire to combine this job with studies, however, we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.

Benjamin Boehme is the Head of Strategic Partnerships at a Silicon Valley self-driving car company. He is responsible for establishing the strategy and relationships that drive the company's long-term strategic partnerships within the automotive and emerging autonomous driving space.
Before that he was leading the Business Development at Luminar Technologies ($LAZR) and built highly-effective partnerships with leading OEMs such as Volvo and Toyota.
