For almost three years we work with a British partner and help them to provide analytical and media monitoring services in a beauty industry. We are expanding our cooperation and actively looking for the English language enthusiast that will join our new front line support team we plan to launch in June. Our main goal will be to provide high quality support on the platform, which provides analysis of data for different beauty brands.
The team will interact with customers, who are beauty brands representatives, on a variety of inbound channels such as phone, email/ticket, and live chat. Main communication (80%+) will be done through the email and chat, the rest requests will be covered by phone.
Responsibilities:
– Being the first point of contact and communicate with clients through inbound channels such as phone, email/ticket, and live chat
– Effective coverage of customer requests
– Track all processes in the Hubspot
Requirements:
– Advanced (C1) English language level is a must
– Clear communication skills, empathy and patience
– Ability to work in different shifts (day/evening/night)
– Experience in a Customer Support role would be a plus
