Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
Assist customers with locksmith and garage service requests, providing accurate and efficient solutions
Coordinate and schedule services with our field technicians
Manage and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
